IdeaToScope.ai turns a product idea into a Product Blueprint. Doing that means holding what you write and sending it to a model provider to be analysed, so this policy is specific about both rather than general about neither.
01What we collect
Your account. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the name and profile picture Google returns. If you sign in with a password we store a bcrypt hash of it, never the password.
What you write. The idea you describe, everything you add or edit in the Workspace, the decisions you settle, and the Blueprints generated from them. This is your business information and we treat it as yours.
Documents you export. Generated PDF and Word files are stored against your account so you can download them again, together with the Blueprint they were made from.
Usage records. How many Blueprints an account has created, and the token counts of model requests, which is how the free allowance is enforced and how cost is monitored. These record volume, not content.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4 measures page views and navigation. It sets cookies and assigns a random identifier; we do not send it your name, email, or anything you typed.
02Where your idea goes when it is analysed
Understanding an idea is done by a large language model operated by OpenAI. The text you write is sent to OpenAI to be analysed, along with the Workspace content when you ask for a correction, a draft answer or a revision. This is the core of how the product works, and it cannot be switched off while using it.
Nothing else leaves the service for that purpose. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your project content to advertise to you.
OpenAI's handling of API data is governed by their own terms. If your project contains information you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor, do not paste it here.
03Who else processes it
These are the only third parties that touch the service:
- OpenAI — analyses the text of your idea and your corrections.
- Railway — hosts the application and the database it stores your account and projects in.
- Google — provides sign-in if you choose it, and Google Analytics on the website.
Inside IdeaToScope.ai, access is limited to what is needed to run and support the service.
04How we use it
To produce your Blueprint, to keep it available in your account, to enforce the free allowance, and to fix the product when it goes wrong.
We do not train models on your project content.
06Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Email info@samywebtechnologies.com and we will act on it.
If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
07How long we keep it
Your account and its projects are kept while the account exists. When you ask for deletion, the account, its projects and its generated documents are removed.
Deletion removes your data from our live systems straight away. Copies persist in database backups for up to 30 days after that, because backups exist to survive mistakes and cannot be selectively edited without destroying that property. After 30 days no copy of your account remains.
Two things outlive an account, and neither identifies you: a count of Blueprints made, kept so the service can be measured, and records of payments, which we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes for as long as the law requires.

IdeaToScope.ai is operated by SAMY WEB TECHNOLOGIES, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India, which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Indian data protection law applies, and where you are in a jurisdiction that gives you further rights over your data, we honour those too.
Payments are processed on our behalf by our payment provider. Your card details go to it and never to us — we neither see nor store them. Because we are the seller, we do hold the record of what you bought, when and for how much, and we keep that for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
