Refund Policy

What a payment buys, what is returned automatically, when we refund a completed purchase, and how to ask.

Effective 5 September 2026

Every account includes one complete Product Blueprint before any payment is asked for, so you can see exactly what this product makes before deciding whether to buy another. This page says what happens to money after that.

It is the same policy as the one in our Terms and Conditions, set out at greater length.

01Before you pay anything

Every account includes one complete Product Blueprint, free. Every section, both export formats, no watermark and nothing withheld. No card is asked for and none is held.

That is deliberate, and it is the heart of this policy: you produce the whole document, read every page of it, and only then decide whether it is worth paying for. Nobody should have to buy this product to find out what it produces.

02What a payment buys

A Blueprint bought on its own costs ₹449. It is a single payment for a single document: it does not expire, there is nothing to cancel, and no card is kept afterwards.

The Agency plan costs ₹4,999 a month and includes 15 Blueprints in each monthly period. It renews until you cancel it.

Both are delivered immediately. The document is generated and available in your account within minutes of the payment completing, and can be exported as PDF or Word straight away.

03What we return without being asked

Two things are put right by the product itself, and you do not need to write to us for either:

  • A run that produces nothing. The Blueprint is paid for before the work starts, because a run that costs real money must not be free to abandon halfway. If it fails and produces no document, the Blueprint is returned to your account automatically and can be used again.
  • A duplicated charge. If the same purchase is taken twice, the second is refunded.

04Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the Agency plan at any time, from the billing page in your account.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep the full allowance until then and it does not renew afterwards. We do not take the plan away the moment you click, because that would be keeping the month’s payment and withdrawing what it bought.

Everything you have made stays: the Blueprints on your account remain, anything bought outright is unaffected, and the account continues on the free plan rather than closing. Part-months are not refunded, because the period is not cut short.

05When we refund a completed purchase

A Blueprint is generated and delivered the moment it is bought, so completed purchases are not generally refundable — the thing paid for has already been produced, and the free Blueprint exists so nobody has to buy one unseen.

That is the rule and not an excuse. We will refund a completed purchase where:

  • you were charged for something you did not receive;
  • the document produced was not the product working as described — not simply a Blueprint you disagreed with, but one the service failed to produce properly;
  • or the charge was a mistake, including one you made.

If you think you have been charged wrongly, tell us what happened. We would rather settle a complaint than keep money somebody feels was taken unfairly, and a disputed ₹449 is worth less to us than an argument about it.

06How to ask, and how long it takes

Email info@samywebtechnologies.com with the email address on the account and roughly when the payment was made. You do not need an invoice number; we can find it.

We reply within two working days and action approved refunds the same day we agree them. The money is returned by the same method it was paid, and how quickly it appears is then a matter for your bank — usually a few working days, occasionally up to ten.

We are the seller, so a refund is ours to agree and ours to make — there is no third party who can decline one we have agreed. It is returned through our payment provider by the method you paid with, and the mechanics of the return are then a matter for it and for your bank.

07If you would rather go to your bank

You are entitled to raise a dispute with your card issuer, and nothing here removes any right you have in law.

We would ask you to write to us first, only because it is faster: a chargeback takes weeks to resolve and an email usually takes a day. If you have already raised one, tell us and we will not duplicate the refund.
