IdeaToScope.ai is operated by SAMY WEB TECHNOLOGIES, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that company.

We are the seller for everything bought here. Your contract is with us, the invoice is ours to issue, and our payment provider handles the card payment on our behalf — your card details go to it and never to us.

Prices are shown and charged in Indian rupees. Where Indian GST applies it appears on the invoice. If you are paying from outside India, your bank or card issuer decides the conversion rate and may add its own fee, and any tax due where you are is yours to account for.

IdeaToScope.ai turns a product idea written in plain language into a Product Blueprint: the users, capabilities, records, workflows, business rules and access rules it implies, the decisions it leaves open, and an indicative delivery plan.

You need an account to use it. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for what happens under your account.

Every account includes one free Product Blueprint. It is the complete document — every section, both export formats, no watermark and no reduction in what it contains.

Once that allowance is used, creating another Blueprint requires an arrangement with us. There is nothing to cancel and no card is held.

What you write stays yours. The Blueprint generated from it is yours too — use it, edit it, send it to whoever you like, including in a commercial tender.

You keep the right to have it deleted at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you are entitled to share what you paste in. If your idea contains someone else's confidential information, that is your call to make and not ours.

The Blueprint is produced by a large language model working from what you wrote. It can misread you, and it can be wrong.

The product is built to admit that rather than hide it: what it cannot determine is published as an open decision, and a permission it cannot attribute is printed as “Not specified” instead of being invented. That only helps if you read the document.

Review the Blueprint before you rely on it, and certainly before you send it to a developer, sign anything against it, or build from it. The final judgement is yours.

Every Blueprint ends with an indicative delivery plan carrying a week range and the basis it was calculated from.

That range is a planning aid, not a quotation, an offer, or a commitment — ours or anyone else's. What a build actually costs depends on the team, the architecture, the integrations, and the decisions still open, and the plan says so on the page. Do not present it as a price and do not accept it as one.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or work around the free allowance. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, or personal data you have no right to share.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

We aim to keep the service running and to keep your Blueprints available, but it is provided as it is. Analysis depends on a third-party model provider, and an outage there is an outage here.

Keep your own copy of anything you depend on. Every Blueprint can be exported as PDF or Word for exactly that reason.

IdeaToScope.ai supports planning and decision-making. It does not make the decisions, and it is not a substitute for professional, legal, or technical advice.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or for any loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of a Blueprint without the review these terms ask for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

A Blueprint bought on its own is a single payment. It does not expire, there is nothing to cancel, and no card is held afterwards.

The Agency plan is billed monthly in advance and renews until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep everything the plan includes until then, and it does not renew afterwards. Blueprints you have already made stay on your account, and anything bought outright is unaffected.

Because a Blueprint is generated and delivered immediately, completed purchases are not generally refundable. Two exceptions apply, and you do not need to ask for either:

• If a run fails and produces no Blueprint, the Blueprint it was paid for is returned to your account automatically.
• If you were charged in error — the same purchase taken twice, or a payment for something you did not receive — write to us and we will refund it.

Anything else, tell us what happened. We would rather settle a complaint than keep money somebody feels was wrongly taken.
